The 10 μm silica gel surface was coated with a polymethacrylate chiral polymer.
The separation effect is best when 100% methanol is used as the mobile phase. The chiral polymers in the
CHIRALPAK ® OT(+) column are very sensitive and can be slowly degraded by alcohols. To avoid degradation, it is recommended to use the chiral column at a lower temperature (0-5 ° C).
Silicone surface coating - diphenyl-(2-pyridyl)methyl-methacrylate
CHIRALPAK ® OP (+) is a polymethacrylate chiral column coated with diphenyl-(2-pyridyl)methyl-methacrylate on silica gel.
The separation effect is best when 100% methanol is used as the mobile phase.
