How can I find products on your website?


The easiest way to find a product is using the advanced search function. You can also navigate product categories using the links in the main navigation bar. Our search bar is real-time so the more you type the more our website will present the options

Can I get a quotation for a product?


Yes! It's easy to get a quotation. Simply fill in our quotation request form with the items you require. All our quotations show the production lead times and a comment if the product is arriving from outside the UK, and will be affected by customs clearance. 


Ordering and Payment

Can I order products online?

Yes! Any product that shows a price on our website is available to order online. Simply add it to your cart and checkout using one of our payment methods.  

WorldPay Card Payment Gateway Provider.

In order to be GDPR and FIS compliant, we do not automatically take any card payment via our payment gateway provider Worldpay. Instead we will send you a card payment link to match the web order to ensure our company never stores any of card payment information.

Do I need to set up an account to order online?

No. You can order and pay online without an account. If you have an existing credit account with us, you can choose to pay with it during checkout.

Can I use a pre-existing account to pay?

Yes! If you have an existing credit account with us, you can choose to pay this way during checkout and you will be invoiced as normal. It is our company policy that first time purchases will always be on a proforma basis. You can request a credit application form thereafter.

Do your prices include VAT?

No. By default, all pricing on our website is shown excluding VAT
Customers whom may have VAT Exemption Certificates or Zero Rated statuses must send a purchase order along with evidence, otherwise VAT will be charged.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order online using a credit or debit card via WORLDPAY or you can choose to pay with an existing credit account and select a purchase order. We do not automatically take any payment, our customer services team will reach out and explain the lead times that may include a production lead time and where applicable a customs clearance timeframe.

How do we communicate about your order?

As well as a phone call and email, all communication about your order is logged against your order giving full traceability and visibility
 

Lead time and Availability

Subject to stock being unsold.

We publish approximate lead times per product.  We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date until the payment has been processed.

Any goods arriving from outside of the UK will be subject to customs clearance processes and you will be advised by the customer service team. 

 

An authorized distributor means the manufacturer and the Laboratory Store Ltd have made an agreement that they are allowed to sell their brand of products and/or equipment to the seller's customers. Our agreement with the manufacturer covers the United Kingdom.

Buying from an authorized distributor means you are getting the best products and equipment from a reliable and knowledgeable source.
