    The HI-96759 handheld, portable maple syrup transmittance analysers are high precision photometers that bring judging by eye to an end. The grade of maple syrup can be determined by using the photometer to measure how much light is transmitted through the syrup at a particular wavelength, thus dictating its quality and strength.

    Water Resistant – Can withstand temporary exposure to water, but should not be submerged or washed under running water.Battery powered – Allows use away from a power source. Batteries are included with all battery operated products.
