The migration was aimed at improving our email services and providing a more seamless and efficient communication platform for our valued customers. Unfortunately, it appears that there were unforeseen challenges that resulted in disruptions for some users and we lost some communications on 26th January 2024.

Historical emails are still being ported/transferred and we are expecting this process to be completed by Friday 2nd February 2024.

Here are some steps we are taking to rectify the situation:

    • We was actively monitoring the system to identify and address any remaining issues promptly.
  2. Technical Support:

    • Our dedicated support team is available to assist with any individual concerns or challenges you may be facing. Please don't hesitate to reach out to 01463 830401 for assistance.
