Peristaltic pumps have different tasks in research laboratories and other fields of application: From simple and fast conveying of media - such as when filling and emptying reactors - to complex dosing tasks that require the highest accuracy. Filling a product into containers for sale requires particular precision in order to guarantee constant filling quantities.
When configuring the right system, we know how important the flow rates, the dimensions of the tubing and their chemical resistance are. For this reason, in addition to our pump drives, we offer a wide range of single and multi-channel pump heads as well as cassettes and tubing. Depending on the process objective of your application, your individual system solution can be put together from this.

This peristaltic pump is ideal for the simple conveying of all media. The pump drive of this model makes it possible to switch between a single channel and multi-channel pump head. By simply flipping the switch, it can also be conveyed in an anti-clockwise direction. Depending on the adapted pump head, a flow rate of 0.83 - 861 ml/min for the single-channel and 0.005 - 364 ml/min for the multi-channel pump head is guaranteed. The Core 120 conveys with a control accuracy of ± 2% at a speed range of 10 - 120 rpm.

This pump of the Hei-Flow Core series is particularly suitable when high volumes need to be transported easily. A flow rate of 4.0 - 4,151 ml / min can be set for this purpose. This model is designed for the use of single-channel pump heads. Even with a load change, the speed of 50 — 600 rpm is kept constant at a control accuracy of ±2%. It is easy to switch to the reverse direction of rotation. |
The pump drive of the model 120 of the Hei-FLOW Expert series can be operated with either single-channel or multi-channel pump heads. The flow rates with single-channel pump heads are in the range of 0.38 — 813 ml/min; with multi-channel pump heads from 0.005 — 329 ml/min. By integrating an analog interface, it is possible to control all functions externally. In addition, an optional foot switch can be adapted to enable dosing by foot pressure. Hands thus remain free to perform other work, for example, to hold the tubing and the vessel. A speed of 5 — 120 rpm with a control accuracy of ±0.5% guarantees optimum process results.

This model has a flow rate of 2.0 — 4,056 ml/min and is designed for operation with single-channel pump heads. The analog interface makes it possible that all functions can be controlled externally. A control accuracy of ±0.5% and a conveyor speed of 24 to 600 rpm provide optimum process conditions. In addition, sensitive media can be protected from influence by using the optional foot switch. Like all Heidolph peristaltic pumps, the conveying direction of this model can be changed by a simple push of a button. Furthermore, the accelerated filling and emptying of the tubing is simplified, since here only the button for the maximum speed has to be pressed. |
Accurate dosing is particularly important in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food sector. Comprehensible process conditions are a prerequisite for the safe conveyance of sensitive media. This is ensured by a control accuracy of ±0.5% and precise speed adjustment (5 — 120 rpm). In addition, an optional foot switch allows the pump to be operated in closed exhaust hoods. The parameters - speed, direction of rotation and on/off function - can be controlled externally either through the analog or digital interface. In this model, you can choose between a single-channel or multichannel pump head. Flow rates vary depending on the pump head: the single-channel head has a flow rate of 0.38 — 813 ml/min; for the multi-channel head 0.005 — 364 ml/min. Depending on the focus of the process, the following parameters can be set on the device: Speed, tubing diameter, flow rate display, metering volume, interval dosing and break times. The pump can be calibrated for optimum dosing results.

The ability to switch between precise dosing and fast conveying make this pump model the perfect complement to a reactor system. With a flow rate of 2.0 - 4,056 ml / min, when operated with single-channel pump heads, flows from feed-batch and chemostat modes of operation can be conveyed precisely. Rapid filling and emptying of the reactor system is also possible. In addition to the selectable process parameters - speed, tubing diameter, flow quantity display, dosing volume, interval dosing and break times - the pump conveying characteristics are stored in the program. Thanks to the analogue and digital (RS 232) interfaces, processes can be automated. All media is conveyed with a control accuracy of ±0.5% at a speed of 24 — 600 rpm. An optional foot switch can be connected for dosing by foot pressure. |
