The LIT MK series of temperature test chambers from BINDER provides a controllable temperature range of -40 °C to +110 °C. The units come with extensive safety equipment as standard so that tests on lithium-ion cells can be performed at an anticipated EUCAR hazard level of 6.

To ensure maximum safety, all the chambers in the LIT MK series are fitted with detection and fire suppression equipment as standard. TÜV SÜD AG has recently confirmed that the LIT MK 240 and LIT MK 720 battery test chambers are suitable for EUCAR LEVEL 6.
