304 and 316 Stainless Steel Churns

A range of stainless steel churns can be used in the food, pharmacautical, cosmetic, chemical and dairy industries to transport liquid around without the risk of contamination.  A range of optional modifications are available.

Surface finish – the roughness average on these containers is 0.4 micrometers RA. Individual containers can be tested and certification issued at an additional charge.

Chemical Churns (A): Manufactured from 316L grade, these stainless steel churns are specially designed for the storage and transportation of antibiotics and chemicals. They come complete with side carrying handles, skirtband and lid (secured by toggle clamps and a Viton seal). They have crevice and pit free interiors and are polished throughout.

Churns with Swing Handles (B): Manufactured from 304 grade, these stainless steel churns come complete with a lid, side carrying handles and skirtband. They have crevice and pit free interiors and are polished throughout.

Churns with Side Handles (C): Manufactured from 304 grade these stainless steel churns come complete with a lid, side carrying handles and skirtband. They have crevice and pit free interiors and are polished throughout. On the 40 and 50 litre versions the lid is attached with a chain.

Churns with Pouring Spouts (D): Manufactured from 304 grade, these stainless steel churns come complete with a lid, swing handle, bottom steadying handle, skirtband and pouring spout. They have crevice and pit free interiors and are polished throughout.
