Compact recirculating chiller with powerful 400 W cooling capacity, designed for simple cooling tasks down to -10 °C. The RC 2 lite is the perfect peripheral device for the cooling of rotary evaporators, reflux condensers or as a cooling source for devices that dissipate heat with the help of a heat exchanger (e. g. double-walled grinding containers, cooled incubators, laboratory reactors, cooling coils). The easily accessible and easy-to-clean mesh filter (stainless steel) ensure a consistently high cooling capacity over years. Thanks to the low filling volume of just one liter, the RC 2 lite is able to reach low temperatures particularly fast. The large working volume of 2.5 liters enables a high number of external applications without refill of liquids. The filling level in the reservoir can be clearly observed through the large, illuminated sight glass. The powerful pressure and suction pump enables the simultanous operation of several small applications as well as external applications in open bath vessels in combination with a level controller. The speed-controlled PEEK pump allows an indirect continuous adjustment of the maximum pressure and flow rate. Due to its outstanding temperature stability of about ± 0.05 K (@ -10 °C), the RC can handle even the most demanding applications. Via the connection socket for an external PT 100 temperature sensor, it is possible to measure and control temperature directly in the working medium. An external PT 100 temperature sensor is included in scope of delivery. With the wireless controller (WiCo), it is possible to operate the RC 2 safely and comfortably independent of the device position. The included feed hopper and bleed valve enable the safe and clean handling of the thermofluid. An easy to open front hood allows for convenient cleaning of the air filter. Powerful recirculating chiller, designed for external cooling applications up to -30°C. The energy-efficient chiller is operated with an eco-friendly refrigerant and reaches a high power density. This results in a comparatively small working space in the lab. The speed-controlled PEEK pump allows an indirect, continuous adjustment of the maximum pressure and flow rate. Due to its excellent temperature stability of about ± 0,1 K, the RC 5 can handle even sophisticated applications. The isolated, high-quality 7l bath has an integrated hopper and drain valve, ensuring a safe and clean handling of the thermofluid. A hose can be connected to empty the bath in order to avoid direct contact with the thermofluid. The easy-to-open front flap allows an easy cleaning of the cooling unit’s air filter. Key Features
