Stirring media is one of the oldest process technologies. These include homogenization and suspending substances or emulsifying fats and oils, to name some of the most important areas of responsibility. Regardless of the task and the media used, the general goal is to achieve the best mixing result. This is achieved by configuring the perfect stirring system for the respective application.

Heidolph Instruments has been an important driver in laboratory technology for over 80 years. The very first laboratory equipment of the company was the overhead stirrer RZR: affectionately named after the founder's name 'Rudolf Zinsser Rührer'. Since then, the overhead stirrer series has evolved enormously and, with its state-of-the-art engine technology, is the basis of an optimal stirring system.

From the compact Hei-TORQUE Core with 40 Ncm torque to the intelligent Hei-TORQUE Ultimate models (available in 100, 200 and 400 Ncm), all Heidolph overhead stirrers are very easy to operate. Equipped with the so-called Quick Chuck (quick-action chuck), it is easy to change the stirrer - without the need for extra tools.

For the stirring of aqueous to highly viscous media, we also offer a large selection of stirring tools, including the innovative VISCO JET® blades. Depending on your application parameters, we can provide you with the right stirring tool. For an easy start, we provide you with the optimal vessel characteristics of each stirring tool in tabular form.

Heidolph's lightest overhead stirrer is here - with a torque of 40 Ncm!

Thanks to its weight of 2.3 kg, the Hei-TORQUE Core is easier to carry than the other models and can be mounted on a stand and/or in various closed systems. However, this does not mean that this stirrer will be less powerful.

The additional name “Core” emphasizes that it is a model of selected functions and important safety features that provide tangible help with any stirring task. Above all, the Hei-TORQUE Core scores with its simple operation: The quick-action chuck (Quick Chuck) can be opened and closed very easily without a key. The “Max” button allows you to reach the maximum speed of 2,000 rpm in no time. Thanks to the display, you can keep an overview of all application parameters.

The Hei-TORQUE Core has a quick-action chuck with a diameter of 10.5 mm and can therefore be combined with a variety of stirring tools. To achieve the best possible homogeneity, it is suitable for viscosities up to 10,000 mPas or volumes up to 25 liters (H2O).

  

The Hei-TORQUE Expert 100 is a overhead stirrer with a wide speed range (10 - 2,000 rpm) and a maximum torque of 100 Ncm. With it you can optimally stir viscosities up to 60,000 mPas or volumes up to 50 liters (H2O).

The Hei-TORQUE Expert 100 performs every stirring task with minimal noise thanks to the latest engine technology. This overhead stirrer is also very user-friendly in terms of operation and safety. The 2.4 inch display makes it very easy to set the application parameters and control the process (e.g. using the torque trend display). The safety-related start/stop touch-function serves to minimize the risk of unintentional switching on.
