Daicel 80S94 CHIRALPAK ® IA-3 SFC Analytical Column - Polysaccharide Derivatives Solvent-Rich Chiral Column, 2.1mm, 150mm, 3µm
The surface of silica was covalently bound with amylose - tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)
CHIRALPAK ® IA-3 / SFC, CHIRALPAK ® IA / SFC solvent-resistant chiral column with amylose-tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) covalently bonded to the surface of silica gel.
Unrestricted use of solvents, a wide range of dissolution conditions, the use of any miscible solvent as a mobile phase, dissolved samples, chiral column regeneration. It also has the necessary high pressure resistance for use on SFC.
Examples of solvents that can be used:
The main mobile phase: CO 2
Auxiliary solvents: Ethyl acetate, CH3Cl, THF, MTBE, n-Hexane, IPA, EtOH, H2O, IPA, MeOH (accounting for no more than 30%
CHIRALPAK IA-3 / SFC, CHIRALPAK IA / SFC uses a stationary phase in which an amylose derivative (Amylose tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)) is immobilized on a silica gel carrier. As a modifier, you can use all solvents that can be used for chromatographic columns such as methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, acetonitrile, THF, halogen solvents and other silica gel-based chromatography columns.
The columns for SFC CHIRALPAK IA-3 / SFC, CHIRALPAK IA / SFC have the strength required for SFC specified in the High Pressure Gas Safety Act, and we will attach a document certifying this to the product.
