AZ is a polysaccharide derivative normal phase coated chiral column, and the surface of the silica gel is coated with amylose (3-chloro-4-methylphenylcarbamate).
AZ is currently the most widely used chiral filler in the world. The excellent separation ability and tolerance of AZ columns have been reported in various literature.
CHIRALPAK ® AZ-3 / CHIRALPAK ® AZ-H is suitable for use in normal phase mobile phases. Note: CHIRALPAK ® AZ-3 / AZ-H should not be exposed to alkaline additives and should not contain alkaline additives in both the mobile phase and the sample solution.
Provide regular analytical columns of different specifications, micro-diameter columns with an inner diameter of 2.1mm, and semi-preparative columns and preparation columns with different inner diameters. You can select the appropriate specifications according to the experimental needs.
