OX is a polysaccharide derivative normal phase coated chiral column, and the surface of the silica gel is coated with cellulose-tris(4-chloro-3-methylphenylcarbamate).
OX is currently the most widely used chiral filler in the world. The excellent separation ability and tolerance of OX column have been reported in various literatures.
CHIRALCEL ® OX-3 / CHIRALCEL ® OX-H is suitable for use in normal phase mobile phases.
Provide regular analytical columns of different specifications, micro-diameter columns with an inner diameter of 2.1mm, and semi-preparative columns and preparation columns with different inner diameters. You can select the appropriate specifications according to the experimental needs.

Column Care
- The use of a guard column is highly recommended for maximum column life.
- Samples should be dissolved in the mobile phase and should be filtered through a membrane filter of approximately 0.5µm porosity.
- The mobile phase should be displaced with Storage Solvent (Hexane / 2-propanol 9:1) when stored for more than one week.
- When washing is required, use Hexane / Ethanol 80:20 (v/v) at an appropriate flow rate for 3 hours
Important Notice
STRONGLY BASIC solvent modifiers or sample solutions MUST BE AVOIDED, because they are likely to damage the silica gel used in this column.
