• If the target separation cannot be achieved with an achiral ODS-type column, consider the use of a chiral column.
• The orthogonality of the separation selectivity is considered to be high between ODS columns and chiral columns. Therefore, it can also be recommended as a "sub-analysis method" to ensure purity in parallel analyses with different modes.
• Characteristic separation behavior in chiral columns may allow for high productivity in column preparations.
