Temperature Controller - 6 Points
Stable and accurate measurements with temperature control.
The optical rotation is affected by the temperature of the sample, but the specific rotation specified by the Pharmacy and Food Additives Law is not a single value, but often has a certain range. Sufficient measurement can be performed by acclimating the sample to room temperature.
However, in recent years, there has been an increasing demand for constant temperature control of the sample, aiming for more accurate measurement.
For conventional temperature control methods,
(1) Circulating Water Bath
(2) Polarimeter with built in temperature control - ATAGO's Temp Controller is a new method that does not fit into any of these.
Built in temperature control increases the size of the polarimeter, but ATAGO`s polarimeter maintains its small size by keeping the Temp Controller separate. It is simple, compact, and fits in the palm of your hand, making it a user-fiendly product that does not take up space. This way, existing polarimeter users who purchase this accessory get the ability to acheive temperature control as well!
Without the hassle of taking a long time to control the temperature or taking up a lot of space, it is a unique polarimeter temperature controller.
No Water Required
Since it has a Peltier thermo module, the temperature can be kept constant without the use of a water bath. Not having to prepare or dispose of water after use means it is hygienic and labor saving.

Reducing The Temperature Control Time
Since there is no water that needs to be adjusted, the temperature can be adjusted quicker. Also, because the sample container is made of stainless, the heat can be transferred more efficiently, shortening the time it takes to reach the target temperature. |
