The PEN-PRO has a measurement range of Brix 0.0 to 85.0% which can be used to measure almost any sample. There are 2 ways to measure with the PEN-PRO. Either dip the tip into the sample and press the START key OR press the START key and touch the tip into the sample. There is also the new feature to perform continuous measurements. The temperature range of the "Dip-Type" Refractometer PEN-PRO has been improved from 60˚C to 100˚C. No more wait ! Measure hot samples while in the cooking process, such as soups and sauces.
