• Icon driven software
• Results and method saving to USB memory stick
• Autologging capabilities
• Press to read xenon lamp (7315)
• 3 year warranty including xenon lamp
• Extensive range of accessories available
The 73 series introduces four new spectrophotometers to the extensive Jenway range. These spectrophotometers use icon driven software and have an improved navigation system for easy and intuitive usability. The range includes two basic models, 7300 and 7305 and two advanced models, 7310 and 7315. The 7310 and 7315 feature measurement modes for absorbance, % transmittance, concentration, spectrum scanning, kinetics and quantitation.
The advanced models have the additional feature of an easy access USB port on the front of the unit which enables results to be stored directly to a USB memory stick for easy transfer of data. These models can also store up to 240 methods which can be copied from one unit to another using the USB capability.
The 7310 and 7315 models have enhanced security features enabling the settings and methods to be locked preventing unauthorised changes to the instrument settings and method parameters. The home page can also be customised and selected modes restricted, which is ideal for teaching laboratories.
The 73 series spectrophotometers are all covered by a three year warranty which includes the xenon lamp

Jenway offer an extensive range of cuvettes for measuring liquid samples. The cuvette required will depend on the wavelength range required and the sample volume available. Glass cuvettes are only suitable for the visible region, whereas quartz may be used in both the UV and visible region. A 10mm cuvette typically holds 2 to 3ml of sample.
Use the tables below to select the required cuvette for your application. Please note that all the micro-cuvettes below are suitable for use with spectrophotometers which have a 15mm beam height:

There is an extensive range of accessories available for the 73 series spectrophotometers which have been designed with space saving in mind. All the accessories fit inside the instrument sample chamber so the overall footprint of the spectrophotometer remains the same. For further space saving there is an integrated printer which enables results to be printed instantly from the spectrophotometer.
As the new Genova Plus is based on the 73 series range all of the accessories which are available for the 73 series spectrophotometers can be used with the Genova Plus. The only exception is the boiling tube holder - this cannot be used with the Genova Plus.
