The protection column sleeve is used to install the protection column core, and the column sleeve and the column core are combined into a complete protection column.
The use of a guard column prevents particles in the sample or mobile phase from entering the chiral analytical column and also reduces damage to the chiral analytical column from inappropriate solvents.
The use of guard columns extends the useful life of the analytical column and reduces the cost of the experiment.
There is a one-to-one correspondence between the guard column and the analytical column, and the chiral packing in the guard column and the analytical column are the same.
The ball protection cartridge is divided into two types: universal and protein-bonded
Fine debris from miscellaneous substances and pump / injector etc. contained in the analysis sample accumulates in the column, causing degradation of column performance.
Connect the guard cartridge in order to use the column body stably for a long period of time.
Please use the same kind of filler type as the main column for the guard cartridge. You can use the guard cartridge holder necessary for all of the guard cartridges below.
