Glass Lining A metal-free column was realized with hardware with a nonmetallic frit attached to a stainless steel tube and a filler of L-column 2 with less metal impurities on the substrate silica gel and a high surface coverage of end capping. 

　In LC / MS analysis of proteins, peptides, coordination compounds and the like which are susceptible to metals, LC / MS analysis can be upgraded by improving peak shape, SN ratio and quantitativeness, and reducing carryover.
